Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, carrier and destination. Tracking and delivery information will be provided when available.

Will all my items arrive together?

Products may be fulfilled from different suppliers or warehouses. This means items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent by email when it becomes available. Customers can also access their account and order information through the store.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or fulfilment has begun.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Do you accept returns?

Eligible unused items may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
