REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to purchases made from Detail Gear Hub.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging and shipping label
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Do not dispose of, alter, use further or return an item until we have provided instructions.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept eligible change-of-mind return requests made within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging
• Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals and labels
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
You must contact us and receive return approval before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable unless required by law.
Opened liquids, chemicals, coatings, cleaning products or consumable products cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise covered by consumer law.
Sale and clearance items
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Consumer-law rights still apply where an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed.
Return address
Do not send returns to an address shown on the parcel without contacting us first.
Products may be fulfilled from different locations. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and assessed. The time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If a refund has been approved but has not appeared after a reasonable period, contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact us.
Exchanges
Where available, exchanges will be arranged after the original item has been assessed. Product availability is not guaranteed.
Order cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order.
We will try to assist, but cancellation or amendment is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfilment.
If an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.
Additional delivery or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer, except where prohibited by law.
