Shipping destinations
Detail Gear Hub currently accepts eligible orders for delivery to:
• Australia
• New Zealand
• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
Available delivery options are shown at checkout. A destination may be unavailable for a particular product if the supplier or carrier cannot service that location.
Shipping charges
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders where “Free Shipping” is displayed at checkout.
Shipping offers, rates and availability may change for future orders. The rate shown and accepted at checkout applies to that order.
Order processing
Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners. Processing time can vary depending on the item, supplier, stock availability, destination, weekends and public holidays.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by product, supplier, carrier and destination.
Unless an express or guaranteed service is specifically stated at checkout, any estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
International orders and products shipped from overseas may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
Some low-value or remote-area services may offer limited tracking updates.
Split shipments
An order containing multiple items may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses.
Items from the same order may:
• Arrive in separate parcels
• Have different tracking numbers
• Arrive on different dates
You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we split an eligible free-shipping order into multiple parcels.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, processing fees or other government charges.
Unless collected during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by Detail Gear Hub.
Customers are responsible for checking local import rules before ordering.
Delivery address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.
We are not responsible for avoidable delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address, although this does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
Delivery delays
Please allow additional time during peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, customs delays and carrier disruptions.
Contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period or if the parcel appears lost. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier.
Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
Contact us promptly if:
• Tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel
• The parcel appears lost in transit
• The parcel or product arrives damaged
Please provide your order number and any available photographs or evidence.
We will review the matter with the supplier and carrier and provide any remedy required under applicable law.
Refused and unclaimed deliveries
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned because of an incorrect address, additional costs may apply before it can be resent.
Any refund will be assessed after the parcel is returned and may be reduced by unrecoverable delivery or return costs where permitted by law.
